Agüita House sits directly on the promenade of Las Canteras Beach, offering guests a 25-step walk to the sand. The property provides ocean views from the rooftop terrace and the upstairs rooms. Las Canteras Beach is steps away, while the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium is an 18-minute walk and Poema Del Mar Aquarium is 1.6 km from the hostel.

The hostel has a fully equipped shared kitchen with a filtered water system, a pantry, and a refrigerator with assigned boxes for each guest. A lounge area, a sun terrace, and outdoor furniture are available, along with BBQ facilities on the rooftop. Lockers, luggage storage, and a designated smoking area are provided, and free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Guests can join yoga classes, snorkelling, and scuba diving organized by the hostel. The surroundings offer paragliding, windsurfing, canoeing, and darts. Cooking classes, temporary art galleries, and tours or classes about local culture are also available.
