Private Villa with Heated Pool and Ocean Views in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
Accommodation
Green 9 the Dream Villa with pool and views by CanaryScape is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and air-conditioning. A work desk and a TV are available for guests who need to stay productive.
Outdoor Amenities
The villa has a private pool that remains open all year, surrounded by sun loungers and beach chairs. A terrace and a balcony provide views of the garden. The property is set within a gated entrance with security, and a hiking trail to a nearby peak is accessible from the villa.
Location and Accessibility
Salobre Golf Course is 1.4 km from the villa, while Anfi Tauro Golf Course lies 13 km away. Gran Canaria Airport is 42 km distant. The villa is located in the south of Gran Canaria, where the weather in March is noticeably better than in the north. The villa has free on-site private parking and an electric vehicle charging station.
Guest Experience
The designer couch in the villa is attractive but may become uncomfortable after extended sitting. The heat pump for the pool, if enabled, runs continuously and produces white noise on the lower terrace, which fades into the background. The pool requires heating in early March to be comfortable for swimming, as the water temperature is otherwise too cold.
