Set in the old touristic town of Maspalomas, the bungalows are located next to the golf course and 2 km from the Dunes of Maspalomas nature reserve. A free shuttle bus runs to Maspalomas beach and the centre of Playa del Inglés. The shopping centre Faro 2 is a few minutes away, and the complex offers free on-site parking.

The completely-renovated bungalows each include a private bathroom, a terrace with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Each bungalow has a kitchenette and access to a private courtyard with a washing line. The complex provides key card access for security and has non-smoking rooms throughout.

The complex has two outdoor swimming pools, one of which has a shallow end and a kids' pool. The pools are heated from November to March, and there is a solarium and public bath. On-site recreation includes a golf course, table tennis, and a children's playground.

The poolside snack bar serves drinks and meals, and breakfast is offered at the complex. Meals are also available at Cordial Green Golf, located just opposite the complex. Luggage storage and tour desk services are available at reception, and car hire can be arranged.

Entertainment staff provide activities for children, and the kids' pool and playground offer dedicated spaces. The complex has a designated smoking area and fire extinguishers for safety. Sun loungers and beach chairs are available around the pools.
